The Summit Resort which was completed in 1984 has 15 floors and (3) optional floor plans featuring:
1 bedroom 1.5 bath units (912 Sq. Ft.). 8' x 16' private balcony, accommodates 6;
2 bedroom 2 bath units (1,122 Sq. Ft.), private balcony, accommodates 8;
Rare 3 bedroom 3 bath units (1,743 Sq. Ft.) accommodates 10-12 people.
The Summit has 2 Olympic size pools (1 seasonally heated), hot tub, his and hers fitness areas, onsite grocery store, restaurant, fully stocked Tiki bar and security with secure gated access. This Gulf front complex offers plenty of action onsite for the whole family while on vacation.
